If there is a fee for this course, your credit card will be charged when you enter your credit card information. If you are not move off of the waiting list and into the course, your credit card will be refunded.
If you want to be added to the waiting list without paying in advance, please download an enrollment form by clicking the link below. Fill in the form and attach it to an email, fax it or mail it to the PD Hub. If you are enrolled in the course without advance payment an invoice will be mailed requesting payment.
